Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@aniwear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aniwear.co.in with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by issuing a replacement or providing a refund.
